Leading with Integrity Session

To have integrity is to have great character. Integrity is the backbone of who we are. Life Launch teaches students how to recognize and develop their innate strengths and talents as leaders. To be an effective leader, you must first know how to effectively and successfully lead yourself.  When we are competent in our self-care and know how to honor our self-worth, we then are able to become a great leader. 

Leaders with integrity are active listeners, empathetic, flexible and are strategic-creative thinkers that inspire others. During this session the focus will be on developing and nurturing these essential leadership skills. As Launchers learn new leadership skills, they will have the opportunity to demonstrate their personal leadership style by leading an activity they choose to teach to the group. Leading with integrity honors who they are and those they are leading.
